Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination, but most customers receive their orders within 5–14 business days for international shipments. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Returns and Exchanges

MHRB.SHOP accepts returns only for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request authorization and instructions for your return. Please note that we do not accept returns on used or opened MHRB and Acacia Confusa products due to their botanical nature.

If you received an incorrect product, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide instructions to replace it with the correct item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will either replace the damaged product or issue a refund promptly.

Once your return is authorized, our support team will provide the exact mailing address and return instructions. Only returns approved by our team will be accepted and processed.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact our support team immediately to update your address. Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address, and additional fees may apply to redirect or reship the order.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders. If an item is sold out, you can sign up for notifications on the product page to be alerted when it becomes available again.
