We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Due to the botanical nature of our products, used or opened MHRB, Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark, or Acacia Confusa items are not eligible for return.

To qualify for a return:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

• Obtain an authorized return number from our team before sending any items back.

How to Return an Item

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions, including the mailing address.

3. Carefully package the item to prevent further damage.

4. Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
